Well, There Goes an Excuse for Not Eating Healthy

"Fruits and vegetables don't fill me up!" "I'm a very picky eater, and I don't like many healthy foods." "Healthy eating costs too much!" These are some of the excuses that others wail when explaining why they don't eat healthy; the latter of these excuses, however, no longer works. The Center for Science in the Public Interest released these images to debunk the myth that eating healthy also causes your wallet to get skinnier.

There you have it, folks. Hitting up the produce section more frequently won't drain the moolah out of your bank account. And in my neck of the woods, the Farmer's Market is even cheaper than the grocery store when it comes to a lot of items, so in the summer you can save even more, while being healthy. I leave you with this quote:
"The groundwork of all happiness is health."
